Peter Gaffaney, MBA, CFP®

Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Peter obtained his undergraduate degree in Personal Finance from University of Wisconsin – Madison, his MBA in Portfolio Management from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and has earned the Certified Financial Planner^® certification. His areas of expertise include retirement planning, estate planning, wealth preservation and reducing risk through calculated portfolio allocation. He focuses on developing comprehensive financial plans to help ensure that our clients’ financial goals are met.

As a native resident of Wausau, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and three children Penelope, Caroline and Henry.  In 2015, Peter was the recipient of the Wausau Daily Herald’s 20 Under 40 award which honors local people younger than 40 making outstanding contributions in their workplaces and in the community. In 2018, Peter was nominated by *Forbes as a Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor, a recognition reserved for talented advisors who represent the future of the wealth management industry.
