KATS is a youth shelter care facility serving runaway and homeless youth as a bridge to service for kids in unstable situations in Marathon County. Provding safe and secure housing, meals, and case management to area youth.

Wausau Area Mobile Meals is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the elderly, convalescing, and disabled members of the Greater Wausau Area. Delivering approximately 27,000 meals annually.

This year, the Wausau Baird office hosted a paper shredding and electronics recycling event for our clients and community members. With this event we helped recycle 5,000lbs of paper and nearly 2,150lbs of electronics!

Baird Gives Back

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help. In 2024, associates donated nearly 6,500 volunteer hours to help support non-profit organizations and individuals across the firm’s global footprint.
